Hello , I cannot believe this!!! I just looked at the tags in all my other "UGGS" and much to my horror...they were all made in China! How can they say they were made in Australia? You guys must be really pissed! I will never buy an UGG boot from anyone other than you.....I am just thankful they are from Australia! Thank you.

Ijust received the boots today. Real quick delivery to the US. Ordered them on 12/10 and recieved them on 12/18 with a horrible ice storm in the NE. at the same time. The boots are great. Any middle aged women contemplating buying these, go for it. We need to keep our feet wrm too.

Just a short note to tell you how satisfied I am with my UGGS. After having to return 3 pairs to an upscale department store here in New York State, USA, due to terrible workmanship and quality control in China (plastic digging into my toes and one foot almost a size larger on all 3) I was a little nervous ordering from across the world. I ordered these boots from you at 10.30pm (UK time) on Monday 18 August 2008 and they arrived at my door at 10.40am (UK time) on Friday 22 August 2008. That is an amazing delivery time of 3.5 days!!!! This is faster than some delivery times for local mail in this country!! My three adult daughters are now the proud owners of your boots and are absolutely delighted with them. All three say they are the most comfortable footwear thay have worn. My slippers and boots got here today, and WOW do they ever fit and feel great. Thank you so much for all your help in getting me sized and handling the exchange so smoothly. I ordered my ugg boots on 8/1/2008 and they were dispatched on 10/1/2008. They were delivered to me in South Wales, U.K. on 16/1/2008....that's just 8 day's waiting for them to arrive from the day they were ordered and that include's a whole weekend too. That's fast in my opinion and the boot's are awesome!If you want the genuine article, I assure you these boot's are it. I searched the internet thoroughly to find the real 'Australian made ugg' as there are so many fake's on sale everywhere. I was also determined not to support the american brand who's boots, I believe, are not 100% 'austrailian made originals' but charge a price higher than those which are Austrailian original's. I will be ordering another pair with uggbootsrus before these wear out, if they ever will?! G.Pyne -
