I ordered my ugg boots on 8/1/2008 and they were dispatched on 10/1/2008. They were delivered to me in South Wales, U.K. on 16/1/2008....that's just 8 day's waiting for them to arrive from the day they were ordered and that include's a whole weekend too. That's fast in my opinion and the boot's are awesome!If you want the genuine article, I assure you these boot's are it. I searched the internet thoroughly to find the real 'Australian made ugg' as there are so many fake's on sale everywhere. I was also determined not to support the american brand who's boots, I believe, are not 100% 'austrailian made originals' but charge a price higher than those which are Austrailian original's. Huh...10 days for delivery? A week for delivery? Try FOUR days..!!! I ordered my boots on Tuesday and they were here by Saturday..!! I put them on and they are just amazing! My feet were so warm and cosy all day long...and comfortable...and no socks...I even kept them on indoors! And when I did take them off, my feet weren't at all sweaty, they were warm and dry. I'll be getting a pair in black now and highly recommend these boots to everyone. .especially diabetics, who suffer with cold feet... I'm a size UK8 and bought the right size...they were a bit tight at first, but only because there's so much fur inside! They weren't so tight that they hurt though...Once I'd had them on for about an hour, I could feel them getting a bit less tight and by the end of the day, they were fine... They may be a bit expensive, but I think the investment is well worth it.. go on...give your feet a treat...TRUST ME...you won't be disappointed..!!
