INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As a special offer, all international orders are sent via express airmail option (4-9 business day delivery), for only AUD$20 (US$18) per item. For urgent courier service, 3-5 day delivery, the shipping is AUD$33 (US$29) extra and can only be obtained by requesting it in the special comments section during the ordering process. The shipping courier is Australia Post.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 30% cancellation fee applies. Goods are usually dispatched within 1 day from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Returning an Item
Send an email giving reasons as to why you are requesting a refund. You will then be given instructions as to how to return the item. Please note! There are no refunds issued due the confusion over brands. Please read our disclaimer carefully before making a purchase.
Goods must be returned in brand new condition, unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. Please make sure you include a note with your return containing your details, such as you name and order number.
For all returns, we will credit your credit card, excluding delivery and 30% re-stocking/processing fee. Costs associated with the return of goods are the consumer responsibility.
Exchanging a Product
For an exchange please follow the same procedures as above, indicating changes to style, colour and size. Please ensure that your name, address, and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. No fees are charged for exchanges. |
