Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Goods are usually dispatched within 1 day from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


Returning an Item
Send an email giving reasons as to why you are requesting a refund.
Please note!  There are no refunds issued due change of mind or confusion over brands.  We do not provide refunds but offer repair or exchange of incorrect or faulty product, as outlined in the ACCC, Consumer rights & guarantees.

Exchanging a Product
For an exchange please send us an email, indicating required changes to style, colour and size. Please ensure that your name, address, and instructions are clearly indicated. Goods must be returned in brand new condition, unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. All return and other shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. All items must be exchanged for an item of the same or higher price, as we do not offer credits.
